We have your apartment painted and cleaned, including carpet shampooing and any necessary maintenance, all before your move-in date.
No, we do not have on-site maintenance.Â
Please call the office or submit a work order online and let us know your work order with details. Also, let us know when we can enter at the best time and date. Do you have pets? Is this an emergency?
Work orders are done in the order they are received unless it is an emergency. Our maintenance technicians are great at getting work orders done in a timely manner.
You do not need to be present for the work order, but if you wish to be there please be sure to mention that on your service ticket, so we know. Also, if you would like a certain time and date, please let us know.
If you are locked out after office hours, there is a $250 lock-out fee for our staff to come let you in. If it is during office hours, please come stop by the office with your photo ID.
Hanging pictures and decorating are allowed but not re-painting. Any large holes should be patched at the time of move-out or be subject to charges.Â
We offer a range of amenities, such as a cozy clubroom with an indoor fireplace, coffee bar, and workspace, a luxer one package system- an enclosed dog run and washing station, a spacious terrace with fireplace and grill, and underground parking available. Go on to the resident portal, and go into your account with your email and password, you can pay with your credit card, bank card or checking account, but you will need to enter your bank account information and wait for your account to be verified.Â
You are responsible for all utilities. So your water, trash, and sewer will be added to your monthly rent by a company called "Yes Management" which will bill you separately. Also, your electric and gas are separate.Â
Yes you are required to have a policy of $100,000 and we need to be on there as an "Interested Party"

Yes, longer leases are a better deal since your rent will not increase during that time frame. We do not like residents to re-pay rent
Your security deposit does not transfer, you will need to pay a new one every time you transfer to a new unit.
It is called a roommate subsittuation. They would need to qualify for the apartment home the same way you did by filling out the online application.
The lease-buy-out is 2 months' rent up front and a 60-day notice
Yes, right out front of the building there is public transportation.

We have a dog park on-site. There is also another named Minnehaha Dog Park and High Bridge Dog Park that is nearby.
Down by the Mississippi River there are really nice ones: pike island bike trails
Residents can shop at Lunds and Bylers, Target, Cub
The nearest coffee shops are Quick sonic, Starbucks and Caribou
We are at the 94 exit. Take the Cretin/Vandalia exit, go down to Highland Pkwy, and take a left. Then go down to Cleveland Ave and take a right. Our building is right there on the right. You can park in the front or come around the building and park in the breezeway in our visitor parking.
The nearest cross street is Cleveland Ave - Highland Parkway.
